Able Service, established several years ago, was initially known as Webb Services. Ross Webb, who is the owner, dreamed of being a plumber as a child. Through training and working with the great plumbers of Shelbyville, he has been able to fulfill that dream of his. As a young entrepreneur, Ross started Webb Services in 1977 – a plumbing, electrical, sewer and drain cleaning company. Over the years, Ross was able to fine-tune his company and establish it as a leading firm in the area. Hence, the new and improved Webb Services is now Able Service. We specialize in all types of plumbing services for residential and commercial customers.

Our team of technicians is highly skilled and trained taking pride in their work and the relationship we develop with our regular customers, while working hard to give them good service and get their loyalty in return. We stand behind our workforce at every step of the way. We aim to provide you with the best service at a fair price.

We offer menu pricing listed in our booklet. The pricing guide have been developed based on over 40 years of industry experience. Thousands of completed jobs have been considered in calculating these prices. A team of experts has carefully reviewed each repair to provide you with the most updated and reasonable prices available. We offer a two-tiered pricing structure for all your repairs. The “Standard Rate” is our normal rate for all customers and the “Value Rate” is a special discount rate (approximately 20%) in our pricing structure for a few exclusive customers. As a courtesy, we may extend this special price to senior citizens, government employees, military personnel, people belonging to the medical field, landlords, agricultural businesses and some commercial accounts as an introductory offer. Both pricing structures provide you with quality and craftsmanship that's beyond the normal standards of the trade. The menu pricing will save you money and time because you will know up front what the job will cost you.

You'll be pleased to know that we don't charge by the hour, rather by the jobs we do. This will save you money. We ensure that our rates are equal for everyone.

We warranty what we sell. For instance, if you buy a faucet from us, we sell the Delta-Pro brand and we warranty that product for as long as you own your home. If you buy a water heater from us, we sell the Bradford White-Pro brand and we include a five-year warranty on all parts and components along with a six-year manufacturer’s warranty on the tank. If you purchase a premier toilet rebuild from us, in which we use a brass fill valve, it comes with a ten-year warranty.
